Light Hustle organisers create Nottstopping – an online festival

Tuesday April 28, 2020

‘Light Hustle’ – a collaboration between the Youth Music-funded project Circle of Light and Nottingham’s Hockley Hustle – have organised an online festival on 23 – 24 May.

The festival will feature a multi-stream programme of 150 hours of music, film, dance, comedy, theatre, poetry, food, art and design, fashion and family focused activities. What’s not to like?

Confetti Media Group are proud supporters of the collaboration, along with Nottingham City Council, Creative Quarter, Nottingham BID, Nottingham NG and The Culture Board.

Light Hustle organiser Ben Welch said: “We see, hear and feel the need to continue making, collaborating and delivering artistic content across Nottinghamshire, connecting with as many communities and individuals as possible digitally and beyond.

“This festival is a vital opportunity to bring together Nottinghamshire’s incredible cultural organisations and individuals to stage a weekend of positive, uplifting brilliance for thousands of people across the city and county in a time of unprecedented uncertainty and separation.”

We are looking forward to tuning in for the festival – and wish all of the performers good luck!

How do I watch the live stream?

The festival will be streamed in full on the Nottstopping website.

So sit back, relax and enjoy!
