From Monday 6 to Friday 17 February, the Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity returns and this year Confetti students have designed the Festival magazine!
Oh no it isn’t! Oh yes, it is! Confetti BSc (Hons) Event Production students recently completed work placements with Nottingham Playhouse
The award-winning event returns on Sunday 29 January, raising awareness and funds for the rising homelessness crisis. In partnership with the festival organisers, we’re proud to have Confetti students involved supporting the planning and delivery of this year’s event.
We’ve made a number of changes and improvements based on feedback from our undergraduates about the Confetti campus.
We’re excited to be hosting the “Esports in Education Summit” for the second year in a row! The event will take place on Friday 10 February in Confetti X.
We’re delighted to announce our Campus Director for Confetti London, Darius Khwaja. Having Darius onboard will really help us to hit the ground running when our new campus in East London opens its doors this September!
Four lucky Content Creation students documented the recent “This is Nottingham” Teenage Cancer Trust show at our live events venue, Metronome. We caught up with first year students, Ria Reddy, and Aidan Douglas to find out what the opportunity meant to them.
The documentaries will be airing on Notts TV’s evening news programme, Notts Today, over the holiday period beginning Friday 16 December 2022.
Our students recently helped organise and deliver a series of Christmas lights switch on events in Nottinghamshire.
BSc (Hons) Event Production and BA (Hons) Music Business students worked a series of live events at Binks Yard between October and December 2022 as part of their work-like experience industry placements.
