Your Guide to FE Enrolment
If want to study with us then you'll need to enrol in order to gain access to our facilities and attend your course. It's not too late to enrol and start your course and this handy guide will help if you're unsure about what to do next. What is enrolment? By enrolling, you are agreeing to follow the rules of the institute and pay your tuition fees (if applicable). Confetti Students Visit Tileyard Studios
Earlier in the summer the Music Tech student of the year winners Fransua Samuel, Ryan Prokaza and Ojas Pancholy were treated to a tour of Tileyard Studios in London to see how their creative business was run - from visiting the studio of Grammy award winner Mark Ronson to meeting with the co-founder of Tidal. Confetti at Splendour Festival – Do It For Real
On one of the hottest days of 2016, 21,000 people gathered in Wollaton Park for Splendour Festival. Nottingham’s biggest outdoor event celebrated its ninth year on Saturday 23 July 2016 with performances from Jamie Lawson, UB40 and Jess Glynne amongst many others. Confetti was once again a main sponsor and our students worked alongside our technical teams to help bring Splendour festival to life. The Confetti Stage hosted big names, such as The Fratellis, The Rifles and headline act The Darkness, whilst Confetti-band Super Furniture opened the main stage after winning the Future Sound of Nottingham accolade. Celebrate 2016 took over Nottingham’s Creative Quarter this week with three separate events to showcase the work of our Level 3 TV & Film, Music, Performance, Games and Digital Media students. The day kicked off in the Broadway Cinema and Confetti’s very first Celebrate Short Film Festival took place. Students, staff, family and friends were treated to a range of films, documentaries and music videos on the big screen – all written, directed, edited and starred in by students across our TV & Film and Film & Acting courses. On Wednesday 15 June we opened the doors to our HE centre and invited in family, friends and industry leaders to browse the best work from this year’s graduating degree students. Exhibiting the work of the next generation of creative and technical talent, this year’s Confetti Degree Showcase has been the best one yet. The rainy weather outside did not dampen the mood of exhibiting students and excitement was palpable as the doors to the Showcase opened and the first visitors stepped through the door. Confetti Students Win Big at Nottingham Young Creative Awards

Hundreds of people attended the 8th Nottingham Young Creative Awards, which aim to give people aged 13 to 24 who live, study or work in Nottingham the chance to show off their creative work, network with future employers and gain valuable industry experience and mentoring. This year a record 350 young creatives submitted their work in 10 different categories to meet the ‘Goals and Dreams’ theme.
