The Confetti Student Christmas Party is making its triumphant after 2 years – And it promises to be the best one yet!
After a little while away, the Confetti Student Christmas Party will be bringing all the festive vibes to Metronome on Thursday 8 December. The theme for the event is 80s Christmas, so expect plenty of bright colours, neon, and non-stop 80s bangers blasting out the PA system.
If you’re already sold at this point, you can pick up a ticket for only £3 by pressing the button below.
Still need a little convincing? Here’s everything you need to know about the student event of the year.
Live music:
Your headline act for the evening will be an all-star line-up of Confetti team members performing a 40 minute set of back to back 80s classics! The band will feature Holly Taylor-Gamble on vocals, Dave Culling on the keys, Robert Fulton-Hamilton on guitar, Denise Thompson on drums, and Elijah Imhogiemhe (Ejay) on bass. With that much talent in one band, the set is not to be missed!
If that wasn’t enough, the evening will also see performances from several student bands and DJs.
Retro Games:
Get your game on in Metronome foyer, with a selection of retro game consoles and games available to play throughout the night. You’ll be able to take your pick between 80s video game emulators and the classic Sega Megadrive.
80s Films:
If dancing isn’t your thing, you’ll be able to chill out and watch a few classic 80s movies, which will be projected around the venue throughout the event.
Silent Disco:
Pop on a pair of headphones and drown out the world for a little while with 80s anthems. Our silent disco will take place all night in the Metronome bar area.
