One of our students Denny Cheng won the 16-18 Digital and Animation Category last year. This could be you!
Check out his work:
We spoke to Denny to see why he wanted to enter the competition.
Denny said:
“I felt motivated to enter as I thought it would look good on my CV for job or academic interviews/applications, even if I didn’t win, as it shows motivation to do work in free time. Another reason was that my class tutors encouraged my whole class and cohort by giving us time in lessons to work on our projects. I also enjoy game development work in general such as doing game jams in my free time with a friend/classmate. Working on the game project also allowed me to learn and develop new skills like skeletal rigging and animation, doing more with Unreal Engine 4 blueprint scripting etc. If I’m being honest, the cash prize was another draw!”
