Confetti scoops Sustainable Development award at the East Midlands Bricks Awards 2019

On Thursday 28 March, our team attended the Bricks Awards 2019 where Confetti was a nominee for the Sustainable Development award.

Confetti were thrilled to pick up the Sustainable Development award for the new Confetti HQ building at the East Midlands Bricks awards ceremony last night.

The building, constructed in 2018 with support from our parent company Nottingham Trent University, has been a great source of success for Confetti, allowing for spacious study rooms, a new student cafe and a LRC.

Greg Marshall, Director of Operations at Confetti, was thrilled to receive the news:

“We were up against some serious competition for this award, so I am immensely proud to be able to say we won. Confetti’s commitment to sustainability is something we’re proud to uphold, and this build displays this commitment to everyone who used its facilities.”

CTO at Confetti, Joe Duckhouse, spoke about the build:

“The new Confetti build has provided students and staff with a modern, inspiring space for learning and innovation in the creative technologies. We couldn’t be prouder to have picked up the award, and want to thank everyone involved on the project for making this building what it is today.”
