Our Confetti degree students recently went on an adventure to France. Altogether 34 students and four staff members travelled to Paris for three days of fun – exploring a global centre for art, fashion, gastronomy and culture, followed by two days at Euro Disney.
Learners on a range of courses, from Content Creation to Music Performance and Event Management, studying across both our Nottingham and London campuses participated in the trip. Students got the chance to socialise outside of their course groups, make new friends, and enrich themselves in Parisian culture.
Accompanied by several of our Confetti tutors, students also enjoyed some creative challenges whilst they were there, designed to apply the skills being developed on their courses. Check out some content captured by our students:
The trip went so well, some students went up the Eiffel tower, visited the Catacombs and even tried snails! Don’t just take our word for it, here’s a few words from our students:
“Thank you guys for such a great trip! It’s been so special!” – Evie Joyce, BA (Hons) Games Art student
“I had the best time ever, thank you everyone!” – Devon Field-Jarvis, FdA Graphic Design student
“It was loads of fun! Thanks so much guys. Best last minute decision ever.” – Lydia Qin, BA (Hons) Games Art student
“Genuinely couldn’t be happier with how things went.” – James Foster, FdSc Film Production Technology
“It was the funniest trip ever!” – Aleks Lipnicki, FdSc Visual Effects Production Technology
Getting to know a wider variety of people, taking part in social activities and work experience are all part of the university experience – we’re glad to have helped make some great memories for our students.
