Do you want to give back to your Confetti community and get paid for doing so?
Do you want to help other students to get the most out of their Confetti experience, whilst developing your skillset?
Then why not apply to be a Collaborative Engagement and Retention Team (CERT) Student Mentor?
You can make a real difference to your Confetti community by applying to become a CERT Student Mentor.
Remember how you joined the Confetti community?
A-Level, BTEC or Foundation… UK-based or international student… first, second or third in your family… straight from school or college, or returning to education as a mature student – all future Confetti students arrive on a different journey and no matter what your first-year experience looked like, you’ll have picked up valuable knowledge that you can share to help new students adjust to university life.
This is your opportunity to give back to the Confetti community and positively impact the experience of new students – simply by being you. You will work as part of a team to support students from your own course and School by helping them to feel a sense of course community, identity, and belonging.
What’s great is CERT Student Mentoring is completely flexible around your studies and other commitments, is a paid role and develops your own life skills – offering a chance to improve your confidence, communication, leadership, organisation and team-working skills.
