STENCIL Creative agency worked with Confetti Level 3 Graphic Design & Digital students earlier this year, supporting them through a T Level Industry Work Placement.
Following the placement, the agency made formal job-offers to two burgeoning designers. Kate Kusztal is now employed with the agency as a full-time Junior Designer and Amir Pourghoureiyan has just begun his role of Studio Assistant/Artworker.
Both Kate and Amir have succeeded despite the challenges of remote working during lockdown, they have yet to meet their employer face to face! They have proved that through demonstrating commitment, professionalism and motivation, you can adapt to a new way of working and achieve your goals.
Stencil Managing Director Andy Afford comments:
“This is just the latest success story to eventuate from our collaboration with Confetti. Kate has been brilliant for us right from the get-go. She has real talent and flair, matched only by her fantastic attitude. And no single person has worked harder to make themselves part of our team than Amir. He brings his A game every single day, rain or shine. He helps everyone do their jobs better by being meticulous in his approach. He has found ways to add value to every project he has touched”.
While working at Stencil during their placement, Confetti’s Graphics & Digital Design students created a short video, to document their experience of Industry Week 21.
