What the industry say about Metronome…

“The studios here are better than I have seen anywhere during my career.”
Music legend, Jools Holland OBE

I was blown away by the campus and the facilities. The opportunities Confetti are giving their students will hopefully benefit the music and the entertainment business of the future.”
Nick Raphael, UK President at Capitol Records

The facilities at Confetti are excellent and it’s a great place to learn. We recorded a 1Xtra show here earlier this year and were very impressed with the new studio. It was great for both MCs and bands.
Andy Rogers, Senior Producer at BBC Radio 1Xtra

SSL Duality Delta Installation – Studio 1

To top off our incredible facilities, Studio 1 now houses a 48 channel SSL Duality console as used by Abbey Road, Steve Mac, Chemical Brothers, Pete Townshend and many more big names in the industry. Now that’s something to make a song and dance about.

In July our tech team installed the new SSL Duality Delta console in Studio One. Check out the installation for yourself!

Metronome – a cross-media venue

As well as developing young, creative talent, Metronome is also a national venue for music, moving image, video games, live performance and spoken word.

Anchored around a 400-capacity auditorium, the venue delivers an ambitious, diverse, cross-media programme.

  • Local, national and international
  • Artists, makers and thinkers
  • Concerts, conferences, lectures, spoken-word, DJs, improv, eSports, online…

The venue also provides great opportunities for our music and live events students, from sound and lighting to a chance to perform. And, as a student at Confetti, you’ll benefit from a free student membership – getting access to discounted entry to events and offers.
