The Young Creative Awards took place at the Nottingham Playhouse on Monday evening and Confetti students were amongst the winners.
The winning entry for the 19-24 bracket for Animation and Digital Media was from Confetti HE Games Technology students, Tom Russell, Barry Martin and Josh Chaplin. All 3 students are studying a Foundation Degree at Confetti ICT.
The Young Creative Awards were launched in 2009 to attract up and coming creative talent in the city and put young people in Nottingham on the creative map. Sponsors included OneNottingham, Dance4, Maber and our very own Spool. The categories were: Animation & Digital Media, Architecture & Design, Creative Writing, Dance, Fashion & Textiles, Film, Graphic Design, Music, Photography and Visual Arts.
